NIR360 (Next-Generation Incident Response 360) is a web-based emergency incident reporting and response management system designed to improve communication between the public and emergency responders. The system enables citizens to report incidents in real time using GPS location, while administrators and responders coordinate emergency response through an interactive dashboard.

By combining real-time reporting, live responder tracking, AI-assisted analysis, OCR document processing, SMS and email notifications, and machine learning, NIR360 helps emergency services respond faster and make better decisions during critical situations.

How NIR360 Works

From the first report to final resolution — a streamlined workflow connecting citizens, administrators, and responders.

  1. Report an Incident

    Citizens can submit emergency reports through the system by providing the incident type, description, photos, and their GPS location.

  2. Automatic Incident Analysis

    The system uses AI and machine learning to analyze the submitted report, classify the incident, and suggest the nearest appropriate emergency facility based on the incident type.

  3. Admin Verification

    Administrators review incoming reports, validate the information, and assign the incident to the most suitable emergency responder or response team.

  4. Responder Dispatch

    Responders receive instant notifications when an incident is assigned to them, then navigate to the location using live GPS tracking, update the response log, and complete the PCR when the incident is finished.

  5. Real-Time Monitoring

    Administrators monitor the progress of every incident through a centralized dashboard with live status updates and responder location tracking.

  6. Incident Resolution

    Once the emergency has been handled, responders update the report status to Resolved, and the reporter receives SMS and email notifications informing them that the incident has been completed.
